“When I joined up with the Caucus, I was joining just about every gun rights organization that contacted me. I was basically throwing everything against the wall to see what stuck. When I was invited to Lobby Day at the Capitol, I went and visited my State Senator. During our talk, I asked him if he had seen the petition that another group had reported they delivered earlier that year. My senator had never heard of them, much less gotten a petition from them.
