The University of Minnesota Law School has, for the past two years, taught a “Gun Violence Prevention Clinic” that acts as an in-house gun control effort arguing against the constitutional rights of peaceable Minnesotans defending Minnesota’s gun control laws.
The clinic has:
- Acted as “Special Asssistant Attorneys General” defending Keith Ellison’s efforts to protect Minnesota’s gun control laws.
- Engaged in lawsuits against Fleet Farm and Glock to bankrupt the firearms community and shut down law-abiding firearms manufacturers and dealers
- Educated a whole new generation of anti-gun lawyers whose goal is to disarm Minnesotans
The leader of the UMN’s gun control clinic argued in an amicus brief before the US Supreme Court that cities should be able to completely ban handguns from private ownership within their city limits.
It’s unconscionable that an arm of state government should be allowed to do this to the constitutional rights of Minnesotans.
SIGN OUR PETITION TO DEFUND THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA GUN CONTROL CLINIC
Defund the UMN Law School Gun Control Clinic Petition
The University of Minnesota and its state-funded Law School should not be working against the constitutional rights of peaceable Minnesotans.
I demand that you support defunding this anti-constitution clinic that is working against the Bill of Rights.
