Two gun control bills were heard last week at the Minnesota Capitol.

Both FAILED to advance.

❌ New taxpayer-funded gun control bureaucracy
❌ Banning lawful carry at the Capitol

And we’re only getting started.

The Only Birthday Gift I Want: Join the Fight for Gun Rights
Rep. Pam Altendorf said it plainly during the February 25th House Elections & Government Operations Committee hearing on HF 3351:

“I care so much that I refuse to lie to the families.”

She pushed back on claims that repealing Minnesota’s firearms preemption law would make people safer, warning that criminals don’t follow patchwork gun laws.

Minnesota Lawmaker: ‘I Refuse to Lie to the Families’ During Gun Control Hearing (2/25/26 House PS)
Rep. Emma Greenman claimed people opposing the gun ban bills are just “paid to sell guns.”

So our Chair Bryan Strawser set the record straight.

Our members aren’t gun companies.
They’re ordinary Minnesotans who simply want to exercise their constitutional rights.

Testimonials

Rick S.

“The Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus & PAC has our six. They work tirelessly to ensure our 2A rights are protected. I trust the Caucus to keep me informed of the issues and I know when the opposition tries to make ‘common-sense gun legislation’ they see through the veil of deceit and protect our rights.”

Mike J.

“I joined the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus as a new Minnesota resident interested in assuring my 2nd amendment and CCW rights are well supported in the state legislature.

I’ve been very impressed with the superior knowledge, skill, and professionalism that the Caucus has shown in promoting the rights of responsible gun ownership.”

Donna Gulden

“I can’t be at the Capital defending my 2nd Amendment Rights every day but I know the MN Gun Owners Caucus is there. I’ve seen them in action and am proud to be a member.

Most impressive is the education they provide to our representatives, so they understand how the 2nd Amendment works.”
