Arizona and West Virginia are leading an effort of a group of 25 states urging the U.S. Supreme Court to hear a case challenging Maryland’s oppressive, unconstitutional gun law which requires that residents undergo mandatory safety training and fingerprinting before being granted a license to simply buy a pistol.
