Speaker of the House Melissa Hortman has already moved the House to remote hearings and is now seeking to force a vaccine mandate / testing requirements for legislative staff.
Citizens have already been boxed out of participating in committees and attending floor sessions. Will mandates for citizens at the capitol be next?
