Every organization needs volunteers. But a grassroots organization like the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus – where we have a small, but mighty paid staff – needs much help to succeed.
It’s always been the support of volunteers like you that have made the difference in the battle to protect our Second Amendment rights in Minnesota.
We hope that you’re willing to help us as we seek to fully restore our firearms freedoms here in Minnesota.
Typical Volunteer Activities
- Gun Shows / Other Events: Handing out literature, collecting donations, signing folks up for our mailing list
- Rallies and other political events: Speaking on behalf of the Caucus, the PAC and/or Pro-Second Amendment candidates
- Staffing information tables at events
- Phone Banking – making calls to supporters, prospects, and potential donors
- Research
- Acting as a Captain / Coordinator in your BPOU or Congressional District
- Doorknocking and literature distribution on behalf of Pro-Second Amendment candidates
- Teaching a NRA course, a DNR Hunter Safety Course, or a MN Permit to Carry Course
- Coordinating a local chapter
- Coordinating/Hosting a monthly Second Amendment Saturday Brunch in your community
